Ordering Information
PLACING AN ORDER
Please email or FAX your order, or call us toll-free during business
hours. You may order plants from our weekly Honor Roll Availability List at any
time for pickup or delivery in the current week. An acknowledgement will be sent
to you upon request. You may also place a "Master Order" for plants you wish to
receive at a specific ship date in the future. We will reserve your plants and
an acknowledgment will be sent. Multiple ship dates are accepted. Master
Orders will be shipped in their entirety (subject to availability) on the date(s)
you specify.
MINIMUM ORDER
For orders to be picked up at our nursery, there is no minimum order.
Please order in full flats; orders for partial or mixed
flats are subject to a special handling charge of $.35 per pot during March, April, and May.
Perennial orders for delivery for IMPACTS, Peonies, and 2-Gallon Grasses require
a minimum quantity of 5 plants per
variety. Orders with less than 5 containers of each variety are subject
to a special handling charge of $.35 per pot during March, April, and May.

TERMS OF SALE
Customers who wish to purchase plants
wholesale from Millcreek Gardens LLC must have a
valid
Nursery Dealer Certificate or a
Nursery Inspection Certificate and a
Vendor’s License. All sales are on a “cash on delivery” (COD) basis unless a
credit account has been established. To establish a credit account, please fill
out our
credit application
(you must have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer) and return it to us at least 4 weeks before the date
of shipment for approval. For those customers with a credit account, our terms
are NET 30 days from the invoice date. A service charge of 2% per month will be assessed to accounts past 30 days. Accounts past 60 days
will automatically become COD accounts and you will need to re-apply for credit. We accept cash, check, VISA, MasterCard,
and Discover. All orders are accepted
subject to prior sale, crop harvest, or other causes beyond our control. Prices
are FOB our nursery in Ostrander, Ohio, and are subject to change without prior
notice. Customer accounts with checks returned for non-sufficient funds will be
assessed a $35.00 fee. The customer acknowledges acceptance of these terms of
sale when a purchase is made.

DISCOUNTS
A volume discount of 2% is applied to orders with a value over
$1,500, and a discount of 4% is applied to orders with a value of $3,000 or
more per shipment. Discounts will not be given for orders from customers with
overdue balances.
LABELING and
PRE-PRICING
Most of our plants are labeled with a Millcreek Gardens
LLC Custom Tag.
Our tags have a full color picture, plant description, and a unique bar code for
scanning and easy inventory control. Some plants may be labeled with a different
tag due to royalty requirements. In addition, we also offer a
Pre-Pricing Service (click

for printable document) for customer orders for a nominal charge. Please contact us
for details.
GUARANTEE
We guarantee any plant we sell to be in healthy growing condition and
true to name when it leaves our nursery. Claims for any cause must be made
within five days of delivery of stock. We cannot give credit for losses of stock
by causes over which we have no control. We cannot be liable for any amount
greater than the purchase price.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Millcreek Gardens LLC offers a delivery service on
our own trucks within a 250-mile radius of Columbus, Ohio.
Please see the chart below for required
minimum orders as well as our Delivery Service Fee schedule. Customers are requested to
have sufficient personnel available to expedite unloading at time of delivery.
If you prefer, you may pick up your order at the nursery - please call us at
least 24 hours in advance to place your order and arrange a pickup time so that
we may have your order ready for you. Orders for pickup must be scheduled ahead
in March, April, and May. Orders placed after 4 p.m. Friday for Pickup the
following Monday will be available for pickup after 12 noon on Monday. Orders of partial or
mixed flats are subject to a special handling charge of $.35 per pot during the months of March,
April, and May. IMPACT orders for delivery require a minimum quantity of 5
plants per variety. Orders with less than 5 IMPACT containers of each variety
are subject to a special handling charge of $.35 per pot during March, April,

DELIVERY SERVICE FEE
SCHEDULE
Millcreek Gardens LLC offers a convenient Delivery Service for shipping our
plants. Delivery Service Rates are based upon order value and distance from our
nursery. We will contact you prior to shipment to arrange a date for delivery.
Due to the current volatility of fuel prices, all rates are subject to change
without notice.

ORDER PICKUPS
We welcome you to pick up your order at our
Nursery. There is no minimum order for orders that will be picked up at our
nursery.
Orders for pickup must be scheduled ahead in March,
April, and May. We ask that you place your order 24 hours in advance so
that we may have your order ready upon your arrival.
Orders placed after 4 p.m. Friday for Pickup the
following Monday will be available for pickup after 12 noon on Monday.
Unannounced walk-in customers may experience a longer than normal wait during
the busy Spring season.
Please note if you arrive during the lunch hour of 12:30-1:30 pm your checkout
will be handled as efficiently as possible, however, you may experience a delay.
Customer orders must be loaded by 4:30 pm.
